How to download files from Dropbox and Google Drive using IDM?
First of all let me tell you that the title of this article should be "How to download files from Dropbox and Google Drive using IDM or any other download manager?"
Ever wondered if you could download gigantic files with pause and resume support with your favorite download manager. Generally, download managers can't do that because they have not cookies, unlike browsers.
But as you know, there's always a way.
Downloading drom Dropbox:
1. Mark the address bar.
2.Copy the URL to the clipboard.
3. Add the URL to your download manager (Here I'm using Tonec IDM). You should seethe link starting with "https://www..."
4. Replace that with "dl", viz. your link

will be now
"dl..dropbox.com/s/3fo8409jtcfz1nh/Adobe%20Dreamweaver%20CC%202015_x64bit.rar?dl=0"
5. Finally start the download and now you can see, it can be downloaded by your fully featured download manager.
Downloading from Google Drive:
*Firefox add-on used. So, make sure you're not using any other browser for this.
1. Install FlashGot Mass Downloader add-on for firefox (Giorgio Maone). You can get it from here. You need to restart Firefox to apply changes.
2. Now click on Download anyway as you used to do.
3. Now, you'll be shown a window where you have to opt FlashGot and select Internet Download Manger (or yours counterpart) form the drop down list beside it. Then press OK. (Here OK seems to be disabled as the window was inactive while I was taking a snip)
4. Now it will turn aside the download link to the download manager. Initiate the download with it and voila!! You can see, now it's downloading.
So, that's how we do it.
