Getting started with Kali Linux

Linux is a one of the much admired and loved OSs by IT Pros, ethical hackers and computer enthusiasts. After mastering Windows and macOS, it's time to switch over to Linux. Many must have used it. It has numerous distros (flavours), available free all of them beeing open source and free with GNU Public license.
Linux is a way ahead when it comes to hacking. It goes to the side of being geek-friendly rather than average user-friendly.
And if you're one of those techies, I bet, Kali Linux is the best for you.
You can get it from its official site. After getting the .iso image, you can just run it inside your virtual machine, boot live from the USB or CD/DVD, or just install it on your hard disk. And you can also use the 'live persistence' so that all changes will be saved right into your USB drive which you can carry everywhere you go with all your apps and settings preserved.
The OS itself doesn't demand that much high specs and it can run on old hardware too.
After booting, you'll find lots of built-in tools for different information secuirty tasks like Penetration Testing, Security research, Computer Forensics and Reverse Engineering.
Talking of the user base, you'll find a gigantic community on the Internet to help you out.
So go, get started with the world of Kali.
