How to root your Android device right now? ( For rookies)
Rooting your Android device makes you a superuser actually. There's a lot of stuff possible with your device with root access like overclocking your CPU, using pagefile system in your external SD card to increase your virtual memory, changing system fonts ( in the handsets where it's not available in settings beforehand), installing custom ROMs etc. Only disadvantage is that it will void your warranty. But don't worry, if you do the stuffs meticulously, there's least chance that your gadget will be bricked.
So rooting can be done in a several ways. I'm gonna tell you the way which doesn't need a PC. It gets done in minutes.
So first of all download the APK file of KingRoot from its official website. Install the app from the APK. (You have to check the unknown sources check box in the security settings of your phone). As this program is going to root your phone, there might be several notifications like 'This app is harmful to your device' but believe, it won't harm. Just open the app and hit the root button. You'll see your device model recognized by the app and your rooting process will start. You can see the progress in percentage in the dashboard. A few seconds letter, it's bingo. Your phone is rooted.
KingRoot also has an option to unroot your phone.
One more advantage of this is that whenever root access is required, it won't grant the permission at once, there will be a confirmation box where you have to hit ALLOW each time root authentication is to be given. So it's quite safe.
